FOCUS brand FM-High-pressure Press Felt Cleaning System comprises one high-pressure pumping station and one or more supported cleaning beams, under centralized control by a main control cabinet.

High-pressure water conducts through-cleaning on the press felt, which enhances its air permeability. At the vacuum box, friction generated by air movement penetrates the felt, removing contaminants from within the fabric and conveying them into the vacuum box. This cleaning method not only delivers thorough cleaning but also effectively reduces the load on the vacuum system, thereby achieving energy savings and consumption reduction.

The reduction in friction between the press felt and the ceramic panel of the vacuum box extends the service life of the felt by 10% to 20%, which is also a benefit derived from the decrease in vacuum level.
